Cool, that one's wishlisted! In fact, so are all the others in the poll! (Except fried potatoes. I cook mashed potatoes.) And The Guild would be among my favourite series if it wasn't perpetually buggy and unpolished.
By the way, I'm fairly sure Industry Manager isn't a trading game, but a production chain management game, like Capitalism and Industry Giant.
As for knowing others, I probably do, but I can't remember any serious ones right now. But I can think of a couple of casual ones. Fairy Godmother Tycoon is pretty hilarious. Winemaker Extraordinaire is quite relaxing. There's also the Tradewinds series, though they're not quite focused on trading.

Yes you're right about industry manager. But i think you can open stores to sell items downtown too in this one.
In my eyes, legend of merchant is a cute mini-game, not very complex but surprisingly addictive.
Transocean is more complex, fastly repetitive but can be very addictive too. The second one is better because you've AI competitors but the first one has been bundled. Recettear has a special atmosphere with an original RPG part, it's the trading game reference of many players. The most complex and interesting is offword trading manager. It has a very good tutorial and an impressive AI. Game has been produced by a Civilization dev (the one who programed Civ 3 and 4 AI).

Can I get the French description of achievements, and try to translate them French >> English or Chinese for double-check or just for reading something funny :P
Actually I want to update my reply yesterday to give more description of Chinese words, because I reply when i'm sleepy and think out some deep meaning the next day. It's great that you finish it.

If you're curious, just update your steam client to french : 设置> 法国
restart steam and then go to this page : http://steamcommunity.com/stats/543140/achievements/
But the french achievements list has already been updated to last version, so if you read it, it will just to read something funny (not funny in fact, i followed english example and translated characters one by one). Too late to fix ! :p
... But it's not very interesting, it looks like : "Finish the game once" "finish the game twice" etc etc.

Hello, maybe some of you remember yesterday when i was blocked by a chinese sentence. Well i finally just translated each character for steam achievements. I could not bring myself decompose a french sentence because there were chinese characters in left column of steam achievements page.
A chinese dev searched for (free) community translators for a little indie game. So i applied for english -> french to help him.
In short, french translation is almost finished now, final check.
Nice dev gifted me some keys of his game (thanks a lot to him). And i've obviously no intention to resell.
