By the looks of it and reading a bit around, it seems this is a bug in the program, a lot of people complains about it, but it seems to be a playback problem, You can try their comunity forums or perhaps switch to another program like FRAPS or any other. This might help you abit with your issue.

It is a bug and no one really has a fix other than converting a save to a WAV file and putting it in a editing program and sync that up. I've been to their community forum and the discussion forum on Steam and no one really has any tips on how to fix it :/

Thanks. I've used Virtual Dub before but only for compressing FRAP video sizes...:/ Might have to look up on that.

I recently got PlayClaw 5 and started recording SR4 videos. First time I recorded, I went up till I finished "The Escape". When I stopped the video and went to watch it, I found out the audio was desynced a few minutes in...basically 1+ hour of recording and 100GB wasted. So I deleted it and decided to start again thinking that it was a one time thing and restarted the game with a new character. I started recording just like before except I stopped each video after each mission instead of recording the whole thing. 8 videos this time but all 8 videos have desynced audio.
My question is there any way to sync the audio with the video? Or am I screwed? lolz I don't want to record everything again...XD
