Needing help for a community event, news about one of the most populair games, some giveaways (or are you clueless you never found them?), is not spam, unlike that case.
And yes i could have waited, but i wanted 1900+ gifts sent, thus 100 to go to 2000, looks nice on your profile.

So, nah.

It's pretty clear the community enjoyed his threads. They have dozens and even hundreds of comments (one has over 600!)

Be mindful what you call "spam." Those threads are quality, community-driving content.

We already had an user that did the exact same thing with the exact same questions and then some, last year, and i think some questions have been even asked several times, but fine then i was wrong in that case, did the sky fall down now?

In my view it is/was still spam though, but i may have that opinion and it's just that, right? I am no mod, no forum police, just a simple soul.

Something to think about -- If the other fellow were to continue making threads as often as he does, he would need to be on SG for over 40 years to make as many as you've made. ;)

The only one needing help is you, on how to perform as a mod, as how to act and behave and for once not try to bash someone.

These are puzzles, and they are in the puzzle genre, that is correct, right? (it's rhetorical, i don't need an answer.)
It even says so in big letters, for people like you to be clear.

I like music, i like good lyrics, i like to introduce music to people, which a (small) group appreciates, don't like it? Look away.
