Try adding the winner and sending the gift straight through steam. If that fails just wait for the 7 days to pass and ask for a reroll.

Well, I add the winner but I dont know how to send the gift through steam.. I thought only the game I didnt play can be gift to other user.

7 days is the waiting time, but if you give gifts outside of the key function on this site it is recommended to add the winner as a friend on steam and give the gift directly. If the winner does not accept your friend request within 7 days of the giveaway ending you can ask for a re-roll.

I tried friend one of them and send the game, however, I couldn't.. The game is in my library and I have no idea how to send it to their email address..

You write "winner" (singular) but your giveaway was for 3 copies. Did you sent 3 gifts and not one of them marked "received"?

So i did a giftaway a steamgame few days ago, after the winner were chosen, I sent a gift, however, the game is still in my inventory. I chose 'gift' option instead of 'key'. Should I add a key? or do i have to wait more?
