Hello! Just wanted to share a game I saw today on Twitter. ^^ (Dev's tweet)

It's called Townscaper. It's basically just a town-building sandbox. That's it. But I thought it looks amazing. The way the objects connect seamlessly!!! *chef's kiss* Just imagining how it was coded, designed, and rendered, though... *shudders*

I'm not affiliated with the developers or anything, just thought it was cool and wanted to share. :) Here's a short train for your time.

Also a giveaway by ozo2003. Thank you!!

There is a smaller and simpler browser version he made years ago, but you can still get the taste. Here's link. Spent plenty of relaxing minutes there myself ^_^

He also worked on a Bad North, which you can see in the visual style. And while completely different it is a nice little game with a demo you can try.

Good find~ I like when descriptions explain exactly what you're getting into. Exhibit A; "Instant town building toy" and it looks spot on at least. Added it to my wishlist but unknown whether I'll pick it up anytime soon, even if it is a bit short. The backlog issues are real.

Actually, I did think that exploring the town we made would be such an amazing idea, although that might be very difficult to make so I'm not counting on it. XD

This little 'toy' popped up on Reddit about a month ago...

...and came up in my queue on Steam as well recently. Was cool to see it there, though I did also hope it'd have a little more gameplay. Still, a great little technical (and artistic) marvel.
