Well, I live in Russia, but I don't really trust you, and you'll hardly trust some random guy like me. :) So you'd better find some other Russian guy with many positive points at http://www.steamtrades.com
And don't forget that some games in Russian store are region restricted. You can check it by adding ?cc=ru to url of game page at steam store.
