I believe I pass all criteria... although rule #6 might be an edge case. If it helps put a sound to it, my username here is a shortened version of my Steam name, Strezemann. I took that name from the Nodame Cantabile anime ages ago, but at this point I don't feel super represented by it (and it makes people write me in German, which leads to confusion when I can't answer them!), so I internetified it on here. Didn't really occur to me until looking at it now that everyone probably reads and pronounces it in a different way...

For #8, Grandia HD Remaster is something I'm itching to play.

I'm not sure if my activity for Rule #7 is good enough, since I only comment, if I think that my comment contributes to the discussion, not just for the sake of commenting like I've too often seen others do. (Exceptions are those "bump" comments for bumping giveaway topics.)

For #8 I think Divinity: Original Sin 2 gets my vote.

In Midkemia his name is Pug, later Pug conDoin.
In Kelewan his name is Milamber.
This jumble of the names seems to be unique enough, so that I usually can get it as an account name on websites.

Making it to your list or not - giveaways of DLCs for popular games can be nice. Like those for Cities: Skylines or Age of Empires II or the Far Cry series of games or those just recently bundled Carcassonne DLCs. Or giveaways for games like the "Ori" series or the Witcher games (there's a pack with all three of them on sale right now). Or classics like the Edna & Harvey point & click adventures.
I'm sure nobody would complain about giveaways for Red Dead Redemption 2 or Cyberpunk 2077. But lets be real, the money they are asking for these still quite new and not even released triple A titles is just very far out of - at least my - budget. So as long as games haven't been bundled before... meh. Same for some of the DLCs.
