I think I kinda qualify. I would prefer mostly online coop games, like Terraria, maybe, or (classic or classic styled) FPS games like Amid Evil or good RPG games like Witcher 3.

I can't even begin to explain why Kind Words is an awesome game if you can even call it a game but it doesn't have cards or achievements so it might not be desired by game collectors as much. But if you don't know it, seriously, it's awesome and in my mind it's a perfect wholesome game to give away to whitelists.

I probably don`t qualify but anyway if you are low on money but still want to make GAs why not just choose classics? They are dirtcheap on sales and everyone likes them.

I think I meet your criteria. I violated a rule the first few weeks that I joined 6.5 years ago. I wrote a big long rant of incredulity and then bowed to the rules ever since. Toss me aside if you wish.

Wait, when you say "be active enough," did you mean "actively make giveaways?" Because that's a very different thing than regularly checking the site and forums, which is what's currently implied.
