I'm seeing a few Dead Island GOTY giveaways with keys. Are the Raptr keys cool now?

Is it region locked? Also I think that to create a Dead Island giveaway yo have to provide proof of purchase.

Also if you didn't want the game why did you pick it in the first place?

This. I don't think they're region locked now, but afaik, you'd still have to contact support and prove where you got it from.
