The graphics look like they're using ScummVM filters over the original game files. I played several old games with that VM and they can be configured to look like that.
Moreover, in the Steam screenshots they are not respecting the 4:3 original aspect ratio, the screens look like 16:9 stretched.

Great classics. :) Unlike many, i even enjoyed the third, and too bad the 4th and 5th aren't available anymore.
