Which one?
How to Train Your Dragon since it is the one that devolved to the least annoying to watch.

Panda didn't end yet. They are working on a 4th one.

I liked Dispicable Me 1,2 and 3.
The minions-only Minions is best described as "blah" though.

All of those are fun to watch the first movie and then they quickly devolve into something vaguely resembling entertainment and before you realise there are yellow plushies of the most marketable characters pretty much raining.
Not as odd as when Pokémon GO came out and all of a sudden a lot of the pokémon parafernalia I haven't seen since the 90's resurfaced like it had never went away. The weird thing is that you can still see some of the effects still going on after like 2 years, the other day on the bus I saw a girl in her 20s that had a pikachu backpack, a shirt full of the in-game sprites of various pokemons and the 3 gen 1 starters tattoed on her arm... what year is it? And when did this turned into a rant without any clear aim?

I partially agree with you. Kung Fu Panda didn't start getting worse until the third one. In that one the humor started to feel forced, and the characters almost contrived. Also Po's cool final attack didn't seem to be relative to him being the dragon warrior this time, it was just a cool effect. So I was mixed on that one. But the first 2 films are fantastic.
I've enjoyed all 4 Shrek movies so far despite that yes, the humor gets less prevalent in each sequel, until it's almost gone in Shrek Forever After. But I still enjoyed that one as a serious story despite that.
Ice Age, I agree, loved the first one, 2nd one instantly deflated into nothing.
How to Train Your Dragon 1 and 2 are both great so far, hopefully #3 is really good too and doesn't break the pattern.

I normally don't even make it to the second movie to be honest, I tend to enjoy the whole setting up the world more than remaining in it to see how they develop it.
With Shrek, Despicable Me and Ice Age they really work better as stand alone stories than series in my opinion, specially Ice Age that just breaks the original formula for the sake of making sequels. I didn't even liked Kung Fu Panda all that much, it didn't click for me. I think How to Train Your Dragon was great and had actual potential for a longer story but I have yet to watch anything other than the first movie.

Huh. I've reached an agreement with pretty much all people I know that the first and second are the only ones worth watching, but hey, maybe I was too out of it.
The only thing I liked about the third was more love for ma boi Prince Charming, since his voice actor makes me die every time.

I've only seen the first two "Kung Fu Panda" films, but I really liked them. Will definitely be checking out the third film at some point :)
The first "Ice Age" and "Shrek" were good, but the sequels just weren't as memorable.
"How to Train Your Dragon" was good, but I never felt very attached to the characters.
"Despicable Me" fell flat for me, didn't bother with the sequels.

I voted for Shrek, but I want to point out here that Kung Fu Panda also has an animated show that is absolutely great. The animation there is a tiny bit worse than in the movies, but nothing that takes away from the enjoyment.

I found out some time ago that I'm generally quite fond of these animated movies. Kung Fu Panda was fun, so was Despicable Me, though I've only seen the first one. Ice Age didn't really catch my attention to be honest, not sure why O.o
Though my most favourite are "Cars" and "Planes". There's just something oddly charming about talking vehicles :D

No Pixar? I guess they didn't do xeroxed... I mean franchises until Disney sucked them into toy-selling oblivion.
Never been a fan of Dreamworks, probably because I was already in my twenties and they're too for kiddies for me.
Despicable Me was a good surprise but i found the sequels very dull.
The first Ice Age was alright and i think I enjoyed the third one mostly but that was it.
So probably Toy Story? Not my favorite Pixar though.

That's what the 'other' choice is for. There is always something that even I forget about.

So I was sitting here, watching Kung Fu Panda again, and got to thinking..... Again.....
What franchise did SG like the best? Out of all the ones listed or any of a similar style that I missed?
