Problem create folder Steam on SSD

I can not create a Steam folder on SSD when I try to install a game and put the SSD path, and I click on "Create a Steam Folder" error from an error I can not create because the folder is missing. (Lol?)

you can add one:

settings -> download -> steam library folder

I heard you can't create a library folder while there are active downloads on Steam. Try pausing the downloads and try again.

Steam -> Settings -> Downloads -> Steam Library Folders -> Add Library Folders -> New Folder
