Have you tried to go back even further?
One possibility could be that someone had a very old multiple win, gave a new key to the GA creator now and the giveaway was re-rolled.

Then maybe keep searching? I once was chosen as a winner in a giveaway that ended more than year ago. Probably it was a re-roll, I never found out.

btw, looking at this cg's comment in that same thread, I undestand that they are enabled by default, those disabled are the "promotional"ones.. correct me if I'm wrong ^^;

It takes you to the giveaways page, but not the specific giveaway. So, I ended up having to inspect at least 10 pages to find it. :)

I'm not sure if ESGST can help you find that faster, but if it can't I'm sure Raphael can implement that feature

I wish that SG would just give us a proper query page. I can write queries all day long. Give me the syntax and general data structure, and I can dig in to whatever. Having that tool would be excellent. :)
But yeah, if Raphael can add something to ESGST to zero in on wins that aren't marked as registered, that would be great for this situation.

Ok, I'm hoping that I'm just being dense here, but right now I have what I call a "mystery win." SG is telling me with the blinking trophy that I have a win waiting for me, but when I go to my wins, I see nothing new. I've paged through the last four months of my wins and they are all marked as received (and I checked twice).
I did another sync to be safe, and then I ran the unregistered wins check on SGTools and nothing was returned. So why in the heck does SG think I have a win that isn't there?
EDIT:
I found it! I had gone all of the way back to the beginning of my time on SG and started paging through everything. I found a very old win from 2017 that was marked as not received, and thought that was it...but after making it received and syncing, nothing changed (and I remembered that I had eventually gotten the game myself in a bundle). So, that wasn't it. I scrolled and scrolled through pages...and then, finally, from 6 months back, a Jedi Training GA with multiple winners showed up as not being marked received. It must have been a really delayed re-roll. Go figure.
Thanks for all of the great advice, everyone. Turns out that the suggestion to just keep going back further was the right one. 😀👍🎯
