Hey all!
I want to create some giveaways from my humble choice, but I'm a bit confused about the region restrictions. On the internet, it says: "click gift to a friend and you'll see the region restrictions." When I click it, a window pops up and says "REGION LOCK WARNING" and lists the countries. I have 2 questions:

1) Do I have to exclude each country manually?
2) If I don't see any warning window, does that mean it will be a "global key" if I say "get game"? Or should I use the gift URL system?

Also, I still have some games from December's humble choice. I didn't know about region restrictions when I said "get games", so I'm playing safe and making giveaways' region restriction containing only my country. Should I make them global?

Your best bet is to check the dedicated threads for each bundle. Region restriction information for each game is usually pretty accurate.

Humble region restrictions often do not match the actual restrictions (which you can look up yourself on SteamDB), so I would not rely on that information.

Finally, when creating a GA you include all the regions that should be able to redeem the key.

I see, thank you. So only "Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey" has a region lock, and I can use "get game" to add the key to my global giveaway. I will test one game later today. Thanks again!

That would appear to be the case, yes.

I dont know if i understood right what you trying to do but if the game has a region lock, when you get the key via 'get game' it still has the same region lock, the message about it doesnt show up because when you click get game it should be you who'll active so there is no need to warn xD
