I think they might make an all-out 3 event, even if not at E3 this time. Though it would be ironic because it has a 3 in it too... What I mean is, they'll probably announce all 3s. L4D3, HL2Ep3, HL3 announcement/teaser, but I doubt they'd be working on a Portal 3.

Well I guess the only reason HL3 isn't out yet is MAYBE because Valve aren't able to create that "perfect" Half-Life experience that'd top HL 1 & 2, on the other hand, I expect L4D3 and Portal 3 to be available on Steam by 2014-15.
