Can't enter ORION: Dino Horde giveaways?

Steamgifts keeps telling me that ORION is already in my account, which made sense when it was free-to-play for the weekend, but I never ended up buying it then. However, whenever I try to enter any ORION giveaways, I can't because steamgifts still thinks I have it....buh.

That only applies if they've played it, which it doesn't look like they have since it isn't in their 'recently played' part of their profile. Otherwise just a normal sync once the free play period ends works fine
