Well, a "Foundation" is what comes first when building houses and such. It bears the load of the structure and prevents it from toppling. Although what you're looking for would probably be best described as the people who make sure Dr. Bright doesn't unleash hell upon the world.

...I happened to stumble upon this site, and I have had a wonderful experience here. So to celebrate that, I've decided to create my first train. But you need to find it first :evilsmile: Instead of saying thanks, tell me about why you would or wouldn't have wanted Uriel's Chasm as the first stop. Or a game you're enjoying.
