I built my own spreadsheet for that back when I only had 100 games, and it was a real pain. Sorry I have no suggestion for a 3000+ library! :(

I also use that one. It's especially useful when games get updated with new achievements! Once it says "previously completed" I know I gotta redownload something XD (Since I usually de-install completed + reviewed games haha). And the filters for removed and license expired games are definitely useful too.

Used to use The Backloggery for random suggestions on what game to work on next, now I'm just working my way through them as I can. Always got at least one grindy one WIP (AoE 2 atm) but beyond that rarely start anything new without completing something previous first.

This is the best I can think of: https://www.achievementstats.com/index.php?action=profile&playerId=76561197989591969
Sort by the number of locked achis in ascending order. You have to scroll through your 300 perfect games but after that you are good to go!
(You got 100% in Braid you madman! :o also checked my list and some achis like YOLO in teh game Love are fuckin nuts :D)

Not sure why I decided back then that it was not worth to grind that achi since I love Braid. Prolly was too hard for me or I just didnt have enough time at the time. : But since you did it Im sure the YOLO achi will be easy easy for you. :D
Also, I just noticed you can just hide the comlleted games .... DUH .. so you can start with 1 missing achi right away! \o/

I'm using the backlock-assassins website, all games, sort by progress.

As Yindy suggested, use Backlog Assassins Extraordinaire. It gives you all sorts of ways to categorize your library but you also just list all your games sorted by percentage of achievements obtained.

Welp, if I understand what you seek correctly, Astats has actually a good "Achievmnet games" list, which attributes a certain colour to games within certain achievment completion range (e.g. 0% red, 0-25% dark green, 25-50% light green, then cyan, dark blue and violet for 100%).
So you just need to go there, set up an account if needed (less than minute really), in upper right corner list find "achievment games", and sort by percentage. Even without looking at percentage just colour gives you knowledge how close you are to 100%. Hope this helps.
