What is the average number of entries for region locked giveaways for your region?

How many people from "Saudi Arabia and United Arab of Emirates" registered here? cause i can't find any info here
Sad part - you need 5 entries to get cv if you make region-locked giveaways ;_;

last week i wanted to make a new giveaway and i discovered that my store (Saudi Arabia and United Arab of Emirates) was added to the region locked giveaways options, so i thought what about making a giveaway for this store, so i made a little public giveaway for : 12 Labours of Hercules II: The Cretan Bull and only one guy entred it and of course he won it
So why do you think there are not so many people from this region using this site?

Btw iam not living in any of those two countries but iam using saudian store because there is no store for my country
