someone remember the year when first Mafia game was added to Steam? and the year when it was removed from Steam?

While that was the year the console versions released, I'm not sure about the Steam version.

it wasnt on steam in 03/16/2010 so between 2010 and 2012
it was already on steam in 3 february 2011

I think when you preordered mafia 2 u got it too but cant say if it was before or only then on steam.

I don't know when it was added, but it seems to have been removed either September or October 2012.

So as far as i found when you preordered Mafia II in 2010 you got it too and i pretty much think about the same time, it was preorder bonus and u could probably play it while whait for Mafia II.
