If The Rocky Horror Picture Show & Weird Science taught me anything, it is this: We'll one day be able to create our perfect mates and they'll still want nothing to do with us.

Sorry, no video.
You can expand the question of a flat Earth to the question of a flat universe. A short introduction is given here. I've recntly talked to someone working on refining [1] gravitational theories based on astronomical observations and he said that the result "flat universe" might change, if you assume Newton (classical gravitation) and Einstein (general relativity) are no correct.
As with all scintific theories, a theory or model can not be tested to be correct, we can only say a theory fits all the known facts best.
[1] Not all astronomical data fits models based on general relativity. Depending on who you talk to it is a problem of observation, numerics in running the models or the theory of gravity.

I recently had a discussion with another SG member regarding Reality vs. Perception. My point was people take things for granted when they shouldn't by assuming that their perception of reality is accurate. In actuality, they could very well be mistaken. Optical illusions are one demonstration of this fact, but there are many others. Here is a video calling into question what you think you know about a "flat earth."
Do you know any other videos to share which "bend your mind?" Feel free to share them. D
