question about cs:s textures in gmod

I've been recently playing gmod and having a lot of fun with, but almost all servers I go there is error in the guns or in the map itself. With a little research I discovered that the problem is because I don't have cs:s. and I have a cs:s DVD-rom(which includes also DoD:S and HL2:DM), but I don't have the serial key

Now the question is if I can use the cd to install the cs:s to use the textures in gmod without having in my account

you can simply download css texture from somewhere in the web and just import them into the textures folders in gmod,I'm using this method for playing gmod TTT servers which require css textures

I also believe so and if not wait for summer sale like me and pick it up for about 4$
