Yeah, I'm confused as well. I own it on Steam and I checked my purchases and my purchase history says "AC II" but I synced my Steam account to gg-deals website and there it auto-synced as me owning the Deluxe edition.
The deluxe apparently has 3 extra levels Palazzo Medici, Santa Maria Dei Frari and Arsenal Shipyard and I remember playing those (They were called Templar Lairs in-game), so I probably really do have the deluxe edition. So if you have these 3 levels, then you probably have the deluxe as well

It seems the Deluxe edition is just a plain edition now, even if marketed as Deluxe because people are complaining that Ubisoft shut down some servers and you need to connect to those servers in-game to activate the Deluxe content, so it's a whole quagmire now

But i only own it on Uplay (All games gotten free there), guess the only way to find that out is to install it in Uplay, but i just see that the installation options are in chinese. :x
Think i will just take a gamble then getting a Uplay key, hoping it also transforms to english?

I sadly don't know how Uplay works, but from what I read, the spoken language (dubbing) is still English in the Chinese version, just the interface is in Chinese. Is the uplay code for the Deluxe a different version then if you already own a version? Are there 2 different versions or are they the same?
I can find little to nothing about it, i can only find 1 store page, and in the Uplay client it also doesn't say which one you own.
