When a winner doesn't give feedback...

By not giving feedback, does the winner already see your key or not? If they have seen it, you shouldnt ask for a reroll in case they have already activated it somewhere. If they havent seen it, i suggest to wait for ~1 week before rerolling.

The rules say a week, so I guess that's the answer... 😏

Giveaway settings
It's a good practice checking the winner's profile before delivering a gift and, if the winner didn't activate some games, or if they won the same game multiple times, you should request a new winner.

For your specific question, winners have one week to activate their gift. As aquatorrent has already pointed out, if a winner has revealed a key, you may want to "Request Received Feedback", rather than selecting a new winner.
