+1, I just came to post this. That's a single item everything-you-could-ever-want right there. You can even summon fictional things with it, so no limits whatsoever. You could have every other item anyone has posted if you chose the notebook.

you might be interested in this youtube channel called binging with babish. it's a food/cooking channel and he makes really good-looking foods, some inspired from video games, movies and tv. the playlist i linked is the video games one... including the infamous cake from portal.

The Bone Wagon from Grim Fandango came to mind. As did a lightsaber. But I think I'd have to go with any game that had a handheld teleporter, though I can't really think of any off the top of my head.
