I don't think so, I believe it didn't say that. We have to fully read the Privacy Agreement or whatever.

If it's something big, like how chrome started out and almost tanked the whole thing, the internet will make everyone know about it.

Basically it says; "1 august we will change our policy, if you don't agree with it, you can close your account now".
Doesn't say if they will do it for you, but there is no link to agree with it, so i think this is just an automatic thing and they won't delete accounts themselves.

[Edit] Seems as i described, says so in their faq. (Can't link it since it's dutch).
Note it also says sometimes they will pass on your information to others.

In short nothing to worry about.

No, they are just updating the privacy policy. How they store and handle your information etc.

I use Hotmail/Outlook as primary email account and MS Outlook as mail client, and nothing of the sort was sent to me.
But I searched for it and indeed, they changed ToS. Reading through it seems they just changed the privacy policy to one document for all services instead of individual ones, plus modifying the options somewhat in the Privacy dashboard, so nothing Google level. It may actually be an improvement. (Gods know, MS improved a lot in the past 6-7 years.)

Because I was not sure of what I read, because in my language, there are several mistakes and therefore may misunderstand, I thought it was a message that warned that eliminated accounts outlook.
