I randomly received one of these. I don't even have Sins of a Dark Age xD. Can someone please explain what this is?

the wiki page is empty but it says friend recruitment in title, so one of your friend picked up your name when the game asks him about to appreciate a friend who teach him the game. Its just like tf2, tf2 also asks who helped you to get premium and you can send some glasses to anyone in your friendlist.
