I decided to start watching classic movies and read more books, as well as having a more active social life. Considering I've read pretty much every book I own (Re-reading Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes now) I decided to watch Disney movies.

Why Disney movies? Because on Friday I realized I'd only watched 3 Disney movies in my entire life (Which were The Lion King, Tarzan and Alice in Wonderland), then I went for Frozen (which I loved. Queen Elsa is now one of my favorite female characters ever), Tangled (Which I liked as well, but not as much) and Brave (Which I know is basically cheating, because Pixar was involved as well).

So now I'm asking you, people of Steamgifts, which movie should I go for?

Sorry, no GA this time ;-;.

Already watched them, totally forgotten it was made by Disney :P.

Didn't like them as a kid, might rewatch them someday.

Already watched Monsters, Inc. and Wall-E as well. Totally forgot about them.

Actually most of these are made by Pixar. Disney bought them after they made those. If you saw Tangled, check out if you can, Happily ever after short movie. Pretty funny

+1 I loved that one. It's not as epic as a typical Disney movie, but there's just something about talking animals.

My favorite has always been sleeping beauty. Maleficent was badass as a young kid.

Frozen was an abomination of a movie. It was an hour and a half of waiting for some chick to learn how to love in order to melt the ice. They never even explained why it is that she was the only person who had the power to freeze stuff. Unless I fell asleep and missed a very important part of the story, that movie went nowhere.

Pinocchio. The donkey scene scared the crap out of me when I was a kid.

I really hope you like it. There is also a second one and a series, but to me the magic will always lie in the first one.

Aladdin
Aladdin and the Return of Jafar
Aladdin and the King of Thieves

If nothing else, watch these to remind yourself that we lost a great man, the man who voiced Genie - Robin Williams. When he died I realized Genie died as well. No one else can voice Genie and do him justice. :|

Also, some more classics:

101 Dalmatians
The Little Mermaid
Nightmare Before Christmas
The Fox and the Hound
Jungle Book
Peter Pan
Lady and the Tramp
The Great Mouse Detective
The Rescuers Down Under
Pocahontas
Robin Hood

Pretty much everything up to #38 on this list.

Thanks for the list!

I'm gonna miss Williams as well. Never liked any of the movies he was in, but I enjoyed watching him act
