Ah, it's a DLC, but base game has to be owned first. Maybe you should add it in the title.

Why didn’t they just include it in the base game? Are they really expecting people to buy a base game lack of dlc characters for that price?

As mentioned by iGnome and Luckz, it would be a good idea to mention DLC in the title, so people viewing the thread would already know it's not for the full game.
