Debut Bundles - Do you get steam keys once the games are greenlit?

Depends on the devs.

It's up to the devs. Usually they offer free keys if released (as they are free to devs too). I'd say that nowadays people expect keys to be delivered, as it has proven quite the standard, but it isn't guaranteed.

You might see the answer on the each game's greenlight page. I'm pretty sure Oknytt will have Steam keys.

It would be fairly disingenuous for Indie Royale to use those big green spotlights all over the page and then not give Steam keys.
The page says:
Download your games directly, or redeem on Steam & Desura. Play on!
Which would also lead to the assumption that keys will be given when available.

Also, last time a dev said they weren't giving Steam keys to bundle buyers when greenlit, the uproar had them changing their mind within 24 hours.

Ok I mailed Indie Royal support with the question, this is the answer I got:

"We do hope that we will be able to offer keys of any game that is promoted from Greenlight to Steam."
