Ok, anyway try that msconfig thing. If disabling all the startup software helps, you can re-enable half of disabled programs and re-test.
If the problem returns, you know that the problem was caused by a program in the re-enabled half.
Otherwise keep re-enabling half of the remaining programs.
Iterate until you know which program causes the error.
EDIT: Right, but you might miss some of those disabled programs. See above to find the exact problem. Also you can take this opportunity to clean your PC from unnecessary stuff that's starting withnout you knowing or needing it.

I think it really may have been to many programs, I had roughly 14~ or so. I will eventually do a system restart (again) to lazy to right now.
Edit: I wont miss anything, 3~4 of the programs were keyboard and mouse ones and I'm not for sure why they are even there (pretty sure microsoft put them there for driver searching)

So I was looking on the interwebz when I saw a copy of battlefield 3 for only $16. I was like I been meaning to get that game I guess I should get it since it's that cheap. I go about buying the game and downloading origin but everytime I run origin it crashes my entire computer. I am unable to do anything sometimes if I'm lucky a error message will pop up 5 minutes later and tell me to many 16 bit programs but I still am unable to do anything and only thing I can do is restart the computer. I have did a system restore, reinstall, and looked online for a solution but to no avail.
tl;dr origin crashes computer; help please
