No, I don't have it, I thought it was the older Naruto game (which I have) so I didn't give it much thought. When I finally checked, it was too late, the steam store started dying.

The price glitch on Chroma Squad (-85%) but it's gone.
And I already have Valkyria Chronicles, but I think -75% is a good deal, that's the lowest price for it.
