Try searching for your nickname and steamgifts like 100.000 times, then maybe it will show up on top in the future.

Nope. Loads of people with my name, but not me. Also turns out that there is a guy with my exact name (and title) that works in a building across from my house!
As for my nickname, I have a few and some do come up with me.

Name is first three hits, primary nickname is first three hits, secondary nickname is on second page - I think it's both good and bad that I can be googled so easily...

Yes. My Vimeo, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, deviantArt, YouTube and Google+ are all in the 1st page. No Steam though.

No, but that's hardly surprising. I don't have any social media accounts. My nicknames vary from site to site, so that's naturally going to limit it.

If I search halnco or haln22111 Ill find myself on the entire first page, and plenty on the next pages, but if I just search haln I end up with company stock results. As for my real name, due to my first and last name its pretty much impossible for me to find myself sadly =( Maybe if I get famous.

My username doesn't seem to exist outside of Steamgifts. I get nothing but results for this site. Same with the image search. Only my avatar, other people's avatars and pics that were posted in threads on here. I'm unique!

My real name kind of is, as there's a "people finder" kind of website in the first page of the results and if you were to look on there you could find me. When you register to vote in the UK there's a searchable register and you're on it unless you opt out. I didn't realise this for a while and one of my old addresses is listed on that site because of it.

I spent 2 whole days removing my name from top searches after suffering a bout of semi-stalking.

If I search "Sinovera" then yes. My real name, no. I think the only public place where I use my "real" name on the internet is facebook and I don't even use it. Also, real is in quotations because my facebook page is still not my legal name. The only places I use my legal name are sites that do not publicly share that info on profile pages... like paypal.
