that thought is
There are already many threads like "favourite [genre] games" or recommendations for hidden gems and so on. I believe if you use the search function (or a better web search, site:steamgifts.com), you'll probably find mentions or even recommendations for most games (with more or less detailed descriptions and recommendations). Additionally people sometimes talk about quality of the game within giveaways, so it might be worth going to the archive, search for GAs of this game and look for those with many comments. f the one game/genre/category is missing, create a new thread solely about it.
If I get you right, you'd like one place to go for that, something like a review/recommendation collection thread? But you know how often people already don't use common threads and there is no way to integrate GA comments as well.
What might work better, would be a sub category "Game discussions" to at least split it from giveaway threads etc. in General.

you'd like one place
that. also as per search functions... or even "features". cause i also think we don't use the SG search enough. is obviously something else than a "site:www" search, still an handy tool we (SG members) might use more.
split it from giveaway threads
no. what a "SG curated game" has more is also that: give away the game you've just reviewed? you've won it here and want to share it again cause it was very good/bad? you can do that.
also, thanks a bunch, just got a very dumb idea with that "web search, site:steamgifts.com" of yours! :D

But you can already do that. If you don't want to segregate pure game discussions and random leftover giveaways (without or just few opinions about the given away games) in General, how do you want to draw more attention to the reviews/recommendations part?
I think we both know that there won't be something fancy like a hub for every game on SG. :D
idea with that "web search, site:steamgifts.com"
For a puzzle? :p

For a puzzle?
it might be :D
mostly for this, tho: https://cse.google.com/ but was unsure if still was alive (cause quite old and little known stuff). imo, an interesting tool, i used just to have fun. you basically pretend to be Mr Google and create your custom search engine (and tweak the results!).
huge problem: needs your -rare- free time :P
edit: still fun! click and try
edit 2: it gives SG search results ... LOL
edit 3: one above is searching on www.steamgifts.com/discussion/*

If there are in fact many such threads, then why not have a separate forum category for "Reviews" or something similar instead of having them in General and Off-Topic? "Reviews" would be general enough that it could apply to games or developers. I would support that, and I think that would fit what icaio is asking:
there are times like, i need to read something, or i just want to see "how SG sees this game", "should i buy or 't will be bundled?"

Did you noticed my last sentence? I just used another name:
What might work better, would be a sub category "Game discussions" to at least split it from giveaway threads etc. in General.
Icaio declined, but he might have misunderstood me regarding splitting GAs and reviews/game discussions too strictly. Example:

I support renaming "Let's Play Together" since is not very active, and having it include games talk.

One long thread would probably become unwieldy very quickly. Back in the good old days of IMDb, when forums still existed, people used to run weekly threads in the various sub-forums for users to post reviews, opinions etc of whatever movies they watched that week. On the more popular categories those thread could still get quite long, but never unmanageable due the the weekly cutoff point.

That's why I propose a new forum category for Reviews

i like reviews. kinda "addicted", more like... a mandatory thing.
a "must check", for me.
i also do like the Steam
Curation
(hey! it's not a link!) as a"tool" to promote, let gamers know and such.this site of ours, sometimes, needs a little more "content":
really can cope with that, no problems, here, as a user. but, what if we open a thread, here in Discussions, and we "review", we "curate", we talk a little more about games? about developers, maybe?
still really don't know how to make such a thread, but there are times like, i need to read something, or i just want to see "how SG sees this game", "should i buy or 't will be bundled?", also.
example
"My Beautiful SGuration Thread"
Latest sgurations for you:
we would really change the "sguration" name, obv!
ok, enough, your turn:
