WolframAlpha is very good, but it is not a generic searching engine, and it does not redirect you to another sites. concept is good, but at this stage, it's incomplete ;) (search tip: "USA population", "relativistic length contraction" etc...)

My favourite is DuckDuckGo. But the thing that's sad is that it's not good enough :(
