That’s not all – if you buy or own 7+ games, you can grab Corridor 7 for free and in the case of +10 games, don’t forget to claim your free Deadly Dozen copy!

Thanks for clarifying d355

Edit: It's a glitch nonetheless as I only owned Darklands and could claim Corridor 7

I only played this because the computer I had for a while couldn't run DOOM, so I had to settle for games in the Wolf3D engine like this one.

Edit: Happy cake day!

Corridor 7 is fairly average, but there were a lot worse Doom clones back in the mid 1990s. It's a lot better than The Fortress of Dr. Radiaki, Isle of the Dead, Operation: Body Count, or Lethal Tender.

I managed to get it with Hoxx VPN. In reddit they say GoG is unfriendly to the practice.

Is there a serious chance for a ban?

I don't think GOG will go after you. This silly region restriction provokes usage of a VPN. Perhaps it's some weird legal complication forcing GOG to act in this way.

They also say about Steam that if you change the region, it will you account be BANNED. But this does not negate the fact that a fairly large part of users from the CIS countries "moved" to live in Argentina or Turkey. And not to mention users from Ukraine and Crimea, many of whom have "moved" to Russia.

In the case of free giveaways on Steam or GOG: "Free - is not a purchase" (c). I bought Tell Me Why through Kazakhstan myself, and received Black Desert from giveaways (3 versions: SA, Japanes and US/EU + 1 russian) .

From personal observations, the current punishment is a forced change of the region to the original one (according to some data that I have, there have already been such precedents), or a ban (and possibly temporary) on changing the region in the future.

Speaking of GOG, some games, when changing the currency in US Dollars, come out a little cheaper than in Russian rubles. And some people use it. And they were never given a ban. So, you don't have to worry about that.

P.S. I apologize for the mistakes, I don't know English well.

it should work if you add the game to the cart before you login in private tab
and of course, VPN connection is required

Funny how GOG remembers it stands for "good OLD games" in its giveaways, but not in its shop 🤔🤔
Thanks for the freebie (and the IP trick) 👀

It's just sale's rules:
https://www.gog.com/partner/Ziggurat

Own 7 games - get "Corridor 7: Alien Invasion" free, own 10 games - get "Deadly Dozen" free too. Just add these games to basket and their price changes to "free" if you comply.

So you need to own at least 7 ZIGGURAT games for the free game, yes? Because I own 63 GOG games and non of the 2 games are free for me.

It says so in the sale but there's obviously a glitch with Corridor 7 which can be obtained without meeting the requirements.

Exactly 1 hour ago it was possible to buy the game Corridor 7 for free using a German IP(even if you don't own other games from this publisher), now the GOG store has fixed this price bug
