So I'm having a problem with Red Orchestra 2...

When I first bought RO2, it ran perfectly fine. Now that they've split the multiplayer and singleplayer into two halves, the singleplayer hangs every 5 seconds. Would I be granted a refund if I were to send out a Steam Support Ticket about the issue?

They won't give you a refund since it's working for most. They maybe fix it in the future if it really is a problem on their site, but why are you playing singleplayer?! RO2 is a full MP game.
