That has a rather high rate of not receiving a gift or receiving a notebook or something else (bad santas).

I have only given away bundled games that I already owned into steamgifts (since other wise they would rot away on the web xD). But when it comes to mutual gift exchanges I have no issue poking at my wallet. Would anyone be interested in a unique secret santa trade =D. The rules would be simple. There will also be a steam group for invite only for when it's raffled who gets who. I would be willing to fill in for one person who didn't get a gift in the group (so the person I secret santa, and one person who was ripped off). To avoid having too many people scammed we will probably have a limit.
1) your steamgift account must be at least 1 year old or you must have ridiculously generous giveaways (some nice AAA games or something), this is to know you won't receive a gift but send nothing.
2) Can be anything withing a 30$ minimum budget. (Don't go lower than 30, and don't go too much higher or you might feel saddened when what you get is worth 30-35$.) But please follow the third rule.
3) You must provide your secret santa (via email) all of your aliases which you are comfortable giving. (Gamer tag + game [only if you write on the forum], Forum name + forum link, Facebook/myspace link [if you're okay with it], youtube name). Then you must research the persons info you got, in order to try and find a nice secret santa gift for them.
Situational Rules
1) If you are uncomfortable giving your shipping address to strangers you may state that it be a digital or game only purchase.
2) No cooked foods, no home made gifts (unless it's additional but should not count towards the base 30$).
