With $12 you get all games.
The $6 that people keep talking about is a coupon that you might or might not have received in your Humble Bundle account, that enables you to subscribe (if you don't have a subscription yet) for $6 per month for a limited time (3 months) and get all 12 games.
There are often similar promotions, for example last month there was a bonus $25 Humble credit if you subscribed for 1 year, but you had to pay $12 per month.
My advice would be to check your emails and see if you have a coupon, or wait 2 more weeks or so in case they have a new promotion.
Lite and Basic plans are a joke, while Premium and Classic are nowadays the same and they cost by default $12 per month.

Sounds like you already had a subscription on that account, so you're not eligible for the $6 anyway and the $9 is pretty much the best you can get at the moment.

I’ll probably get it for surge 2 since enjoyed surge 1. ADOM sounds interesting, but this is a better lineup then last month. I didn’t care much for the yakuza series and if I wanted to play then I could on my Xbox with game pass. But at least now I know none of the games I bought on steam sale are part of the bundle.

I don't think there was a better month since the Crash Monthly, sadly I was not very aware of Humble at the time (seriously, Crash, Spyro, Call of Duty game, Synthetik and Shenmue? all hits and not a single miss, would have loved that). I'm more satisfied with this month than with the last two though

You are right that one was even better, that one was amazing actually. Ok second best bundle ever :) I'm very happy with it. Two games are in my shopping cart atm pondering whether or not to buy them during summer sale and than Humble decides to put them in the monthly. That's luck!

I receive my $6 coupon two times, so it will be running for 1 full year, so thanks to HB.
i trade last month Civilization 6 with Planet Coaster, so even bad month is still a good month.
People who don't receive $6 HB subscription is mad at HB, and cancel their subscription as a statement, while in fact they missed the promo at the end of last year. it's full week promo, so it's their fault for missing it, not Humble Bundle.
While other not taking $6 opportunity, because they claim HB goes downhill, well now they can suck their own words.
I knew since the beginning that $6 promo will be worth it, because HB choice/monthly is fairly consistent over the past few years.

Fun fact: Philippines is not part of SEA this time around on the region lock for Dirt 5 but with LATAM. ... but it is for Hammerting. It's confusing.

Each publisher defines their own countries list for a region locked sub. That's why you can have non-standard regions, like the ones DIRT 5 has.
Another common issue with region locks subs is Serbia: half of the publishers count it as belonging to RU/CIS, the other half as Europe and it happens more often than never that Humble Bundle delivers the wrong type of key, thus making Serbians unable to redeem it.

only had a few of these (surge, yakuza 3, and apparently deadly days... This was an easy yes, since several were on my wishlist and like others have said, some other lesser known yet intriguing titles.

I literally just picked up The Surge 2 in the current Platinum Bundle, and got the full Yakuza Remastered Collection on Fanatical as well just recently. I'd rather keep those and the games that came alongside them than bothering to refund and instead getting the games here.
Nimbatus does look neat, Bee Simulator looks interesting at least, and ADOM is kind of up my alley.
I was also eyeballing Kill It With Fire as well, but apparently I already own that one, not sure how. I probably got it in some other Fanatical bundle at some point?
The rest of the games here? Not really into it.
The Yakuza Remastered Collection is still just $22.50 on Fanatical by the way (which also includes 4 and 5), and if you want The Surge 2, you should eyeball the Fanatical Platinum Bundle as an alternative if the rest of the games in this don't appeal to you.
