I believe that's from ESGST, so that they can update their database on no CV games (when you click on it)

If you hover it, it says what it does.
If you click it you add the game to the no CV database

Well, do you use ESGST? not even sure if it's a thing from the website or from ESGST

The * and ** are just a 'warning' about the CV it gives and nothing else.
