Key that i won here got revoked and I got questions about it

So yeah, i won game called Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet, played it a bit, pretty neat platformer. But today i got message from Steam "Activated Steam key was removed from your account" Reason - payment problem. I get it, its probably reseller fault and not steamgifter, so i got no bad blood towards him, shit happens when you buy from reseller sites, is always a bit of gamble. My main question - can i get suspended because one of my wins not in my account because of this? And what to do in situation like this? Thanks for your help in advance.
