What is the cheapest way to make a Borderlands 2 Season Pass Version a GOTY one?

As topic says, how to make/get a GOTY out of a Season Pass the cheapest, LEGAL, way :)

Wrong, I have the season pass and the Mechromancer Pack is not included, unless it was included later as I got SP early

Yeah, you're right, I myself bought the GOTY edition. I thought that included the Season Pass + Krieg, but I see now that Gaige was a bonus of GOTY edition too. So it's made from the 4 major story DLCs and the Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade 1. BULLSHIT.
