Thanks for the links, she lives in Benbrook so Austin would be a bit far from her city i think. Problems with her apartment are about environment as it has an impressive amount of mold and her son has allergy to it so in addition to all her issues she has to give him a product to protect him from all the mold, apartment also does not have heat system. Owners just put some paint to hide it but the mold remains.(mold is important,black).

Small update, after insisting a lot the boss finally faxed the pay stubs to her, at least this is one burden that is gone.She still has the feeling her boss is trying to hide something but at least this will make it for her medicare.

Hello iI don't often post here but since there ar emany people from USA here i thought someone may live in Texas and have some knowledge about laws there.
The woman i am talking about is a mother of two children. She faces herself depression and ADHD. Her son is autist and bipolar and she is alone to fight(the father does not care).The therapist who treats her son tried to do insurance fraud for second time so he had to report him.The owners of her apartment breached her lease. Finally her son is not being properly taken care of and hospitals keep sending him in different psychic wards, and her family does not want to approach him because everyone is afraid of him(he has spectacular anger crisis and can be aggressive). She is afraid herself sometimes, but he is her son so the situation is not easy.Her boss also refuses to give her the pay stubs she needs for healthcare.
So to make short she has that many problems and she is alone to face them. What could help this woman and are you aware of anything that could ghelp her on a short term view for most important problems?
