Why "Recommended" review when disliked?

When were the reviews written? There used to be time when if you wanted to review a game on Steam, "Recommended" was your only option and most people who did it just ignored the thumbs up.

Everyone wants to be the first one to review it. So, they gave a thumbs up as soon as they got the game. But when realized the shittyness, they do not change the thumbs up to down.

BECAUSE it basically resets the review.

I had to edit a review several times, cause Steam set it always to a recommendation (against my intention).....maybe others hat the same fault and did not recognize it.

Some men just want to watch the world burn.

Definately one of the best games that comes out this entire friggin decade. 10/10, but there's one thing that I'd like to point out. The title is indeed, very, very, misleading. You can't watch dogs at all. So if you're an animal lover, this isn't the game for you. Tons of violence, and no animals."
