The Adventures of Tintin. I want my fucking sequel.

I watched the first episode, which was surprisingly long, and then never got back around to watching the rest. It was so weird and yet so good. The mix of grimdark dystopia and cheesy slapstick grade humour is a total mismatch but somehow just works. Kinda like how you'd never think salt and caramel would work together but somehow it does.
I might rewatch the first episode by skimming through and see if I can go through with actually watching it. At least, once my gaming/watching backlog has been simmered down a bit.
In a similar scope, I really should find a place to watch Farscape and watch the whole thing. It aired on UK TV ages ago but as per usual the episodes hopped around a bunch so it was a bit of a patchwork. Hell of a fucked up ending to the series though. Glad they released a movie to rectify it.

My shameful favourite : Hotel Transylvania. The series is too dorky to not love. It somehow takes its own awkward jank up to 11 but makes it work. I never expected a sequel, much less a third movie.
I mean I'm sure there's far more artful CGI movies or series but I just can't think of them while the scream cheese is haunting my brain space.

So here I sit, as usual, and I thought I'd start my first 'Favorite Thing' topic of 2021.
I was just recommended a few Dreamworks and Pixar scenes on Youtube and got to wondering.
What are some of your favorite CGI movie franchises? Disney, Pixar (yes I know they are one in the same now but you know....), Dreamworks or other studios.
Let's hear what you have to say.
And yes, they CAN be NSFW, just don't link them. >_<
