Is It allowed to gift codes from Prime Gaming that won't be used?

Let's say I have a friend that has Prime Gaming, and he wants to gift a code to a game that he won't use, it's not the game itself but a cosmetic or some item ingame. Is this allowed in this website?

PS: I just registered and I don't know if this category is the right one

As long as it's for a Steam game and it is a DLC that exists, yes! if it's just a random code that is not buyable on Steam or not for a Steam game, then no.
