Suddenly can't transfer cards from family member's accounts

Gives a -26 error, i tried it some months before too around summer sale, now with the winter sale coming, i thought try it again.

Anyone knows why?

Are you trying to do it via browser? Try logging in from the Steam client and send the cards that way.

Thanks i thought i tried that before (maybe i did) but now it does seem to work.
