So I just send GoG Support a message telling them that I need Steam keys to the Star Trek Wars games so I can trade them for hookers? Or am I trading them to hookers? Or am I trading them to hookers for hookers? This is all very confusing.

Is that what happens when I spill beer on my video card? That's sure what my screen looks like.

I am hoping for the DS9 games (and fan made expansion) and the 'Learn to Speak Klingon' games on GOG

GOG games are always DRM free! That means you do not have to use Steam or any platform to download or play them! (well, except for the self-contained DOSbox launcher)

I enjoyed a game called star trek legacy (it was a battle game it a lot of generations). My fav star trek was a strategy one, i can't remember the game.
I wish they would make "star wars empire" for star trek...

And they're available from Steam now as well. :D

Classics like these tend to be better at GOG anyways, but if the sale is right I'll pick them up on Steam as well just for the "collection" factor.

(Did the same with King's Quest & Space Quest games.)

I wholeheartedly agree. I love GOG and the work they do to make classics a truly enjoyable experience (not to mention all the extras they include). If a game is available from both stores I almost always buy from each. I haven't gotten the Star Trek games from either store yet as I bit at both Star Wars bundles from GOG (Blaster and Saber) a few days ago and that set me back. So worth it, though. :D

Note that these are not just some "Star Trek games", they are in fact "Interplay's Star Trek Games". Unless they were able to swing a deal on them with other publishers, there are only a couple Interplay ST games left.

Oh yes, classic Interplay games are amazing.

Well I am hoping they are able to expand their deal they have arranged to sell CBSi's Star Trek licensed properties to include other classic titles from more publishers as well.

Me, too. They've really impressed me lately even more than they always have. And it's not only getting the titles/publishers they do but making them run so well on modern systems. ^-^

I just saw that as well. I typically trust GOG's playability of older games far more than Steam but always end up buying them from both stores anyway. :p
