Its this game DRM free? Or only USA steam key?

Cause the webpage says DRM:Steam, and when im going to buy it appear: "Game Downloads are only available to US customers"

Someone who is not in the region USA has bought?

Set a us address as your billing address

There are no restrictions other than steam itself.

Only available to purchase for people who type in a US billing address but as far as I know, Amazon Steam games usually aren't region restricted.

I'm originally from the US but am now living in the UK. I bought the pack you're mentioning with my old US address and activated on my UK steam account. Works like a charm.

I am from Spain and I purchased Assassin's Creed III with my Amazon.es account and I redeemed it on Steam whith no problems and the game is in spanish voice and texts. Just be sure that you have a USA address apart from your normal/real address.
