Credit card fraud, PayPal chargeback, in some rare cases when developers give out wrong keys (usually when it's superior versions than advertised)...

If somebody is trying to steal from Steam AFAIK they usually rather disable store access for the whole account than revoking keys (IF they do something).

Of course. But this requires a lot of movements, so in reality this is possible, perhaps, only if the key is stolen (or buying it using stolen money)
